About the Puzzle
A wedding guest book photo puzzle makes use of your recently taken engagement photos or an image that the both of you enjoy as a couple. The image is then turned into a alternative wedding guest book by adding customizations or special cut-out silhouettes as puzzle pieces. Each puzzle is handmade, one piece at a time, by one expert puzzle cutter. We start by first figuring out how many guests will be attending your wedding or event. A good rule of thumb is typically 70-80% of your total guest list. For example if you have 230 total confirmed guest invitations, you would only need to order a 160-180 piece photo wedding guest book puzzle. The reason for this is the majority of guests sign as a couple or as a family.
Your Puzzle Includes
- The puzzle itself with your choice of sign-able pieces.
- The correct pen for signing the front of the puzzle.
- An engraved sign to make set up easy.
- A labeled keepsake box.
- The sign stand.

Choose Your Piece Count:
Select from 10 to 220 sign-able pieces. The recommended amount of sign-able pieces that you need for your wedding guest book photo puzzle is based upon the number of guests you have attending your event. Events could be weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries. Typically I recommend 70-80% of the total guest count. This is because most of the times couples sign together, children do not sign, and single people sign for themselves. Some past clients have even just ordered one piece per guest for sheer entertainment.
Wedding Guest Book Photo Puzzle Options:
- No Customization (Believe it or not some clients request to have no special cut outs.)
- Your two initials. (Example: M & R or M + R)
- Your two initials, and the date. (Example for August 3, 2014: 8.3.14)
- Your two initials, the date, and 3 special shapes.
- Your two names. (Example: Chloe & Brandon)
- Your two names and the date.
- Your two names, the date, and 3 special shaped pieces.
- Printed text on your image. (See Note below.)
- Other – (Choose your own!)
Note: At times we have had clients request that they specifically would like to have custom text printed on their wedding photo puzzle instead of carved out figure pieces. If this is something you would like to have done please let us know.
Choose the Number of Pens:
Select the number of pens you would like included with your wedding guest book photo puzzle. The first pen is free. We recommend one pen for every 25 or so guests. We currently stock black pens.
Select Your Choice of Signs:
Select the type of sign you would like to be included with your wedding guest book photo puzzle. There are two type of signs that are available. A basic square sign is included with the puzzle and has a message so your guests know to sign a piece. The premium sign is much larger and more decorative. You also have the option of having the premium sign engraved with your two names.
